1. Shipping Areas
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you before dispatch.
2. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
- No hidden delivery or handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, along with UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Same-day dispatch: orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery: orders usually arrive within 3–7 days of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can happen due to courier, weather or other conditions outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email/SMS with your tracking details. You can also view your order status any time from Track Order.
5. Return Policy
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the return reaching us. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
